You must be at least 18 years of age to use Visovra. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Description of Service
What Visovra Provides
Visovra is an AI-powered Engineering Intelligence audit platform. We crawl websites you provide, analyse them against 100+ SEO, performance, security, and content checks, and generate reports with AI-powered recommendations powered by GPT-4o.
No Guarantee of Results
Audit results and recommendations are for informational and guidance purposes only. We cannot guarantee specific SEO outcomes, ranking improvements, or traffic increases. Search engine algorithms are complex and entirely outside our control.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, or third-party outages may occasionally affect availability.
User Accounts
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your account with others. Notify us immediately at support@visovra.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or attempt to harm our platform or other users.
Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Use
You may use Visovra to audit websites that you own, have authority over, or have explicit permission from the owner to audit. This includes auditing your own sites, client sites (with their permission), and publicly accessible competitor sites for research purposes.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Visovra to: audit websites without authorisation; scrape or systematically extract data beyond your plan limits; attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI or ML models.
Fair Use
All plans include fair use limits. We may throttle or suspend accounts exhibiting clearly abusive patterns, such as auditing thousands of URLs per hour or using bots to bypass plan limits.
Subscriptions & Billing
Free Plan
Our Free plan is provided at no charge, as-is, with no service level guarantees. We may modify free plan features or limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid Plans
Paid plans (Standard, Pro, Agency, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Your card will be charged automatically on your renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings → Subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fee is charged.
Price Changes
We may change our pricing with 30 days written notice to your registered email address. Existing subscribers retain their current price until their next renewal after the notice period.
Refund Policy
General Policy
Visovra provides digital software-as-a-service (SaaS). Because our service is delivered electronically and begins immediately upon subscription activation, payments are generally non-refundable. This is consistent with standard practice for digital services under US consumer protection law (FTC guidelines).
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
First-time paid subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial payment if they are not satisfied with the service. This is a one-time guarantee per account. To request a refund under this policy, email billing@visovra.com with your account email and reason within the 7-day window.
Annual Plan Refunds
For annual subscriptions, you may request a pro-rated refund for the remaining full months of your subscription if you cancel within 30 days of your annual renewal date. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active until the plan year ends.
Billing Errors
If you were charged an incorrect amount, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged twice for the same period, you are entitled to a full refund of the erroneous charge. Contact billing@visovra.com within 60 days of the charge with your receipt.
Service Outages
If Visovra experiences a verified platform-wide outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours in a given billing month, affected paid subscribers will receive a pro-rated service credit for the downtime period, applied to their next invoice.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not provided for: partial month usage after cancellation (monthly plans); accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations; dissatisfaction with audit scores or recommendations (which are informational, not guaranteed outcomes); or failure to cancel before a renewal date.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@visovra.com with your full name, registered email, the charge date and amount, and a brief reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visovra's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
Excluded Damages
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
